Caroline is an experienced litigator specialising in data, privacy and media disputes. She also regularly advises sports sector clients on data-related issues.
Caroline is an experienced litigator in the firm’s TMT team with a specialist focus on data, privacy and media disputes and the sports sector.
Caroline was the lead associate on both Lloyd v Google in the Supreme Court and Warren v DSG in the High Court - two of the most important data privacy judgments in this jurisdiction to date. She has also represented corporate defendants on various other large privacy claims and advises on issues including right to be forgotten and delisting, misuse of private information and defamation.
Caroline also plays a leading role in the firm’s sports data group, regularly fielding data-related queries from our sports sector clients and presenting on privacy-related issues.
