DMCC Digest: Competition law enforcement: stronger enforcement, higher stakes

The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers (DMCC) Act will start to be implemented in stages from as early as December 2024. With this in mind, the DMCC Digest webinar series will explore various key aspects of the new legislation.

This second session will focus on key competition law changes under the DMCC Act.

This includes the CMA's expanded investigatory powers, stronger penalties and the new evidence preservation duty that businesses need to be aware of. We will also cover key changes to the market studies and investigations regime.

Who should attend?

The webinar series is suitable for in-house legal counsels, competition lawyers and General Counsels seeking to enhance their knowledge of the DMCC act.
