Krishna works with a range of clients in the life sciences and tech sectors on cross-border patent litigation and co-ordination, regulatory advisory and arbitration matters.

Krishna is a patent litigator with particular expertise in pharmaceuticals and highly innovative life sciences products. He works with clients across the sector ranging from emerging life sciences companies to large multinational pharmaceutical companies, and spanning the innovator, generics and biosimilars spaces. He is adept at quickly understanding complex scientific detail and deploying it in strategy to assist his clients achieve a favourable commercial outcome. Apart from acting for clients in multinational litigation and arbitration matters, he also advises them on regulatory issues and assists with life sciences transactions involving a significant IP component.

Krishna holds a bachelors' degree in biomedical sciences (Singapore), a second degree in law (India) and a masters' degree in law from the University of Cambridge. Prior to qualifying in the UK as a solicitor, Krishna practised as an advocate in India and interned at the Genome Institute of Singapore and the Institute of Bioengineering and Nanotechnology, both based at Biopolis, an international biomedical research hub in Singapore.

Krishna is passionate about disability, diversity and inclusivity issues, and is a member of IP&ME, an organisation which aims to support IP professionals from minority ethnicities, and more generally improve diversity and inclusion in the IP professions.
