Senior Associate Forensic Accountant
Janine is a member of our in-house forensic accounting team, providing advice in relation to the financial and commercial aspects of disputes. Janine has experience of supporting clients through mediation, international arbitration and High Court litigation.
Janine is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales ("ICAEW") and has specialised in forensic accounting since 2003.
Janine has a wide range of experience of acting for clients bringing and defending claims in various contentious matters including breach of warranty disputes, breach of contract disputes, loss of profits claims and post-acquisition disputes.
Janine works closely with our lawyers from the outset of matter including inputting into the legal strategy, supporting throughout the formal proceedings including the preparation and presentation of quantum calculations, drafting of submissions and advising in relation to settlement negotiations. Where the appointment of external accountants as independent experts is necessary for Court purposes, Janine assists with managing the relationship and work product of the external accountants.
