Faith’s practice focuses on transactional, non-contentious restructuring work across diverse sectors. Faith advises funders and insolvency practitioners on restructuring strategies and asset disposals and advises corporates and boards of directors in the management of restructurings with multiple stakeholders.
Faith is a senior lawyer in the Restructuring practice specialising in advising insolvency practitioners on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters, focusing particularly on CVAs and distressed M&A. Faith works seamlessly alongside financial advisers to develop workable and sustainable contingency and restructuring plans across the spectrum of distress. She also holds significant experience in assisting both lenders and private equity investors with options analysis and implementation of security enforcement and asset disposals. Faith’s advisory work includes advising corporates looking to navigate complex turnaround and restructuring transactions and advising boards of directors of businesses in operational or financial distress. Faith has significant experience working across all sectors but has a particular interest in the retail, leisure, hotel and manufacturing sectors.
