Dady has a strong focus on regulatory as well as banking and finance transactions. He advises international and domestics companies on investment management as well as on banking and finance matters, including securitisation and banking regulatory.
Danika has advised and represented parastatals, contractors, engineers, and employers in local and international adjudications, arbitrations and litigation matters concerning aviation, pipelines, roadworks, hydro-plants, bridge works as well as train and tunneling projects.
Ian prevents and resolves disputes involving a property element , providing commercially-appropriate and pragmatic solutions through advice, negotiation and various forms of alternative dispute resolution. Where litigation is necessary, Ian acts for clients at all levels of Courts and Tribunals, including the UK Supreme Court.
