Andy is experienced in advising clients on contractual and commercial matters in relation to complex, large-scale projects both in the UK and internationally.
His work includes the provision of dispute resolution and avoidance advice on a wide range of projects including commercial and residential developments, process plants, energy from waste facilities, water treatment facilities, roads, rail, hospitals, schools and leisure facilities. He has represented contractors in mediations, adjudications and in multi-party litigation. The disputes he has been involved in have concerned a wide variety of matters, including professional negligence, defective works, delay and disruption, loss and expense and valuation/final accounts. He has also advised in relation to a number of PFI projects and has experience of all major UK standard forms of contract.

Nick is a lawyer in Pinsent Masons' Finance & Projects team. He has extensive experience in advising on all stages of the project cycle for various types of infrastructure projects, including power plants (both conventional and renewable), roads, railways, metros and free trade zones. The majority of his projects are located in South Asia, Southeast Asia, Southern Africa, Eastern Africa and Middle-east.
Neil advises a broad range of corporate clients including banks, insurers, and investors on disputes, litigation and related risk issues. Alongside work on contentious matters, Neil maintains a specialism in human rights compliance issues including on Modern Slavery legislation. Neil is dual qualified in England / Wales, and in Scotland.
