David Greenwood

David specialises in providing risk management and dispute resolution advice to clients operating in the infrastructure and energy sectors. David has acted for developers, main contractors and sub-contractors on a wide range of high profile and technically complex projects and disputes.
David has extensive experience in all manner of dispute resolution including adjudication, High Court litigation, negotiation and mediation. His experience also includes a secondment with a leading utility, where he provided a real-time project counsel role on a major renewable energy project. David also has higher rights of audience.
David is part of the firm's Infratech Group. He has a growing voice within the industry on matters of digital disruption and the impact of technology in infrastructure and has published numerous articles on this topic.
