Muriel has in-depth expertise in employment law, commercial law and litigation. She advises on the whole spectrum of employment, social security and pension law, including cross-border aspects, handling HR matters, restructuring, transfer of undertakings, and collective or individual dismissals.
Michael specialises in Energy and Infrastructure finance, advising lenders (bank and non-bank), stakeholders and developers in project and asset finance transactions and acquisitions/divestments in the renewable energy, infrastructure and oil and gas markets.
Machteld is the Amsterdam head of the medicine regulatory and healthcare practice and specialises in regulatory and civil liability law. Machteld is a litigation expert and regularly represents clients in administrative and civil courts in all instances, including European opposition and appeal and prejudicial references.
András is a European patent litigator with a focus on life sciences. His experience includes representing clients in patent cases regarding biosimilars and small molecule pharmaceuticals and medical devices, frequently in pan-European patent matters. András has a background in molecular biology.
