Beth advises public and private sector clients on a broad range of development and infrastructure planning matters.
Beth specialises in development planning and has experience working on a range of development and major infrastructure matters, with a particular focus on the water sector and advising on large scale residential schemes across a variety of tenures.
Beth advises across the whole spectrum of planning matters, including consenting strategy, environmental impact assessment, highways, compulsory purchase, biodiversity net gain and permitted development rights as well as advising in relation to drafting and negotiation of complex planning and highways agreements.
Her work includes both contentious and non-contentious matters and she is experienced in dealing with appeals, inquiries, and judicial reviews.
