Our panel will focus upon some common commercial disputes that we are seeing together with the part that data and technology is playing in creating disputes in the sector. We will also look at the increasing risk of disruption to business operations arising from shareholder activism and direct protest. Finally, we’ll review the growing incidence of investment treaty disputes between private investors and states arising from increasing investment in global energy infrastructure projects.
