Luke Scanlon advises some of the world's leading technology companies, banks and fintech businesses on a range of fintech and legal technology related issues and had been recognised by Legal500 and ranked as a leading fintech lawyer by Chambers. Luke is the Head of Fintech propositions and a Legal Director for Pinsent Masons.
Luke assists businesses overcome regulatory, contractual and internal processes which restrict the take up of new technologies. He provides strategic legal planning and insight on a range of issues including regulator engagement, digital transformation, data protection, cyber security, cloud solutions, social and collaboration and general technology procurement for the financial services sector.
Reza advises private, public and affordable housing provider clients on development planning matters and has extensive experience on large-scale residential, sporting, regeneration and mixed-use schemes, including providing specialist advice on contentious planning matters.
Benedikt is member of the TMT team and advises on telecommunications law. For his PhD, he dealt with product liability in the Internet of Things, and he has experience in the field of connected car services.
James is an experienced corporate M&A adviser with expertise in private equity M&A. James has accumulated years of experience working with institutions, founders and management teams on private equity and strategic trade transactions, both national and international.
Michelle works within the risk advisory group with a particular focus on technology, media and telecommunications.
