Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has further expanded its transactional services group with the appointment of corporate partner Paul White to its Dublin office.
Paul joins from Irish law firm William Fry where he was previously head of William Fry’s US offices based in San Francisco. Paul has extensive experience advising international and Irish corporates on M&A, European expansion and investment. He has significant in-market expertise having worked in London, Dublin and San Francisco supporting cross border M&A and domestic Irish M&A mandates.
Paul is the second lateral hire to Pinsent Masons’ corporate team in Dublin this month. Robert Dever joined the firm on 1 February to lead and develop its tax law practice in Ireland.
