Pamela is a senior associate working as a professional support lawyer.
In her role, Pamela works closely with fee earners to ensure that they have the technical excellence and skills required to ensure an efficient, commercial and pragmatic service delivery to our clients. Her responsibilities include training, knowhow, precedents and current awareness.Prior to becoming a professional support lawyer, Pamela spent over 10 years in practice as a corporate lawyer advising a broad range of clients on a wide variety of issues and transactions including private equity, joint ventures, M&A and financial services transactions. Pamela is a founding member of "PSLs in Corporate", a network of corporate PSLs in Scotland who meet regularly to discuss legal and knowhow developments in corporate law and issues generally within the profession. PSLs in Corporate has also established the Scottish Corporate Training Consortium for corporate lawyers in Scotland which organises and facilitates the training of junior corporate lawyers working at various firms within the jurisdiction.
