Chris advises governments, developers, lenders and contractors on infrastructure and energy projects (including PPPs) across all sectors, including social infrastructure, water, energy, waste and transport.
Chris has particular experience of large-scale development projects and PPPs and assists clients throughout the procurement, development and operations phases of projects.
Chris qualified in Australia and spent eight years practicing in Perth before relocating to the Middle East with the firm in 2023.
