Charles Bressant
Associate
Charles is an associate of the Finance & Projects team in Paris. He advises and represents clients in courts on administrative law, energy regulations, environmental law, town planning and real estate matters in connection with energy and infrastructure projects.
Charles advises on various aspects of public law in connection with energy and infrastructure projects as well as real estate development and financing. His practice covers all features of administrative law, notably energy, environmental and town planning laws and regulations.
Charles advises developers, investors, lenders and international financial institutions throughout all stages of a project, from its development to its repowering. He also has a significant experience in administrative proceedings and litigation.
Charles was seconded in 2022 within the legal department of a major renewable energy developer.
Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, he worked in the public law team of a law firm focusing on renewable energy for several years, where he advised developers in relation to energy projects and real estate development.
Charles graduated in Master 2 Public economic law at Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and obtained an LL.M. in International Business Law from Queen Mary University of London.
