Melissa is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales specialising in international and domestic arbitration and commercial litigation.
Melissa has been practising dispute resolution working in the United Arab Emirates since April 2008. She is a Senior Practice Development Lawyer in our Risk and Advisory Services Team in Dubai and role includes knowledge management, training, innovation, efficient delivery of legal services and business development for the firm's contentious practice in the Gulf.
Before becoming a Practice Development Lawyer, Melissa obtained extensive experience as a Senior Associate at two Magic Circle law firms. Her contentious practice has covered a broad range of areas including construction, shareholder, financial services, property development and employment disputes.
