Aleesha regularly advises on broader commercial matters that arise throughout the course of projects and dispute avoidance as well as representing clients in Australian courts, adjudications and alternative dispute resolution processes including dispute resolution boards, mediation, arbitration and structured negotiation.Aleesha has acted in a wide range of complex and large disputes in the Supreme Court of NSW as well as smaller disputes in the District and Local courts of NSW and in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal for principals, head contractors, subcontractors and consultants.Aleesha's expertise and in particular, her commercial and pragmatic approach to resolving issues, has been gained on a diverse range of projects including road, dams, power, rail and infrastructure through private practice and in house secondments.
