Our three stage approach

During this phase we will work with you to identify requirements and document the scope. This may involve design workshops and capability assessment models

We lead workshops to capture detailed design requirements, such as workflow process and identifying important data. We then create a prioritisation roadmap by identifying critical elements.

This phase is all about delivery, ensuring that technical and governance aspects are in place, supporting deployment and agreeing a programme of continuous service improvement
