Throughout her career, she has provided counsel and representation to numerous companies and public sector entities in various administrative proceedings, including authorizations and permits, sanctioning procedures, subsidies, expropriations, urban planning, and public administration liability.
Within her professional practice, Carmen has actively participated in advising companies involved in real estate transactions related to urban and environmental matters. She has contributed to sale and purchase transactions, sale & leaseback deals, and leases, taking part in due diligence processes, as well as the drafting and negotiation of contracts. Additionally, she has considerable experience in sectoral proceedings related to the sale and development of renewable energy installations. Carmen has also advised international clients on matters such as labelling and packaging, waste management, and the circular economy.
