Alexandra is a corporate and commercial lawyer who advises local and international clients on business critical projects, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring projects, strategic commercial contracts and wholesale contract portfolio reviews.
Alexandra assists clients with their entire corporate journey - from inception to expansion and beyond - helping clients with their large corporate transactions as well as the strategic commercial arrangements that boost profitability and business efficiency.
She has managed and advised multi-national clients on cross-border M&A transitions (including both share and asset sales) and comprehensive corporate restructuring projects. She has extensive experience negotiating a range of high-profile commercial contracts including large-scale supply agreements and agency and distribution contracts.
Alexandra qualified in the UK relocated to the UAE in 2017. She has developed client relationships and commerciality through client secondments working closely with in-house legal teams and senior decision-makers to provide pragmatic solutions to legal and commercial issues.
