Lyndsey advises lenders, borrowers and other loan market participants across all areas of banking and finance, with a particular focus on fund finance and real estate finance.
Lyndsey has assisted clients with a range of fund finance transactions, including subscription facilities, NAV, hybrid, asset backed and manager facilities. On the real estate side, Lyndsey assists clients with investment and development deals across a variety of sectors, such as commercial real estate, hotels, retail and industrial. She also has significant experience in private wealth real estate finance.
Lyndsey has a commercial and personable style and focuses on working with clients to complete their transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
