Joanna has experience of all areas of commercial property including acquisitions and disposals, lettings, development agreements, joint venture arrangements and Real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions, disposals and re-financing projects.
Jo is an excellent lawyer. She is great technically and leads her team from the front. She listens (a rare quality) and is adept at tailoring advice/services to the commercial needs of the particular transaction. She is also extremely organized, efficient and conscientious and can be relied upon to deliver what she promises (without exception). Because of this (and also because she is generally a delight to deal with), her stock is extremely high at Kennedy Wilson (she is regularly name checked as an exemplar of client service). This is particularly noteworthy given the very high standards we expect from external counsel.
