Anna works with a range of clients in the life sciences and technology sectors focusing on contentious cross-border patent issues, medicines regulatory advisory issues and disputes. Anna also has experience across other intellectual property rights and consumer and competition law.
Anna is a contentious intellectual property lawyer with expertise in innovative life sciences products and technologies, medical technologies, digital health and medicines regulation.
Anna has practiced in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland and Australia. She works with colleagues across the Pinsent Masons European network to support clients on litigation in a range of sectors. She has also spent time on secondment at a global pharmaceutical company which provides her with insight into the issues effecting her clients.
Anna holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws (LLM) from UNSW Australia. She is an Australian Registered Trade Mark Attorney and holds a Graduate Diploma of Intellectual Property from the University of Technology Sydney.
