Pinsent Masons welcomed 4 Apprentice Paralegals in October 2022 who joined the Vario Paralegal Centre of Excellence.
The approachable culture at Pinsent Masons means that you will receive a warm welcome regardless of the team you join. We noticed that morale amongst team members is high, and we have been encouraged by colleagues to help us reach our full potential. These positive working relationships with colleagues provide a positive working environment so even when tasks are challenging, we work together to ensure the work is completed to a high standard.
Joining Pinsent Masons as part of the apprenticeship programme gave us a great opportunity to start networking from the get-go. All apprentices were in the same position, so we supported each other and have built close working relationships. The benefit of this is that it allows you to speak with other apprentices if you have a question.
There is a strong social aspect to the apprenticeship at Pinsent Masons. Social events allow you to network with colleagues that you may not have had the chance to speak to yet. The Christmas office party is a great event to attend to speak to people and to build these close working relationships. Other networking events include team lunches and team activities. Apprentices also can participate in volunteering initiatives such as volunteering in partner schools or getting involved in charities such as the Prince’s Trust. There are plenty of opportunities to enable you to socialise with colleagues and build a network very quickly within the firm.
Overall, it is a very welcoming environment at Pinsent Masons and you will be supported all the way throughout your apprenticeship. Whatever you give to your role, Pinsent Masons will give back.
