We can help with government policy and delivering or changing legislation whether primary (government bills, private/local bills or hybrid bills) or secondary (orders, regulations or byelaws). Our Parliamentary team is integrated with our planning team and secures harbour orders, transport and works act orders and development consent orders to authorise major infrastructure.

Additionally, clients can find themselves involved before various Parliaments and assemblies even if they are not seeking legislative change. We can guide clients through the daunting world of parliamentary scrutiny processes, such as select committee appearances and written submissions, and other aspects of parliamentary procedure.
