Yasmin advises German and international companies and investors in relation to domestic and cross-border transactions, joint ventures and investments with a focus on real estate and M&A, including commercial leases, project development, financing and strategic advice related to portfolios.
She also advises in the area of Warranties and Indemnities (W&I) Insurances and worked directly with one of the leading insurer´s M&A teams on the basis of a client secondment. Yasmin has a Dispute Resolution background and has experience in representing national and international clients in relation to arbitration and litigation proceedings, particularly with regard to corporate and commercial law.
