Chief Technology Officer
With a background in engineering and computer science, Nigel leads our Technology Services division and has significant experience in delivering strategic enterprise transformation as well as exceptional operational performance.
As Chief Technology Officer, Nigel provides strategic leadership and is accountable for all technology services including enterprise business change, product development and servicing, technology and enterprise architectures, operational platforms, service management, technology governance and technology-aligned financial management on a global basis.
Previously Nigel spent four years at Gulf Bank in Kuwait where he was the Chief Information Officer. Other executive and senior roles have included a ten-year tenure at Barclays where Nigel was the Chief Architect – Europe and Middle East Retail & Business Banking.
Gayle is a commercial partner specialising in advising universities, higher and further education institutions, private education providers and banks lending to the education sector on regulatory issues, commercial contracts, joint ventures, mergers and disposals, shared services, outsourcing, commercialising activities, student unions, charity law, corporate structures and constitutional and corporate governance matters.
Gary acts on behalf of claimants and defendants on contractual disputes, partnership disputes and commercial disputes.
Giles advises on the full ambit of competition law from investigations by the CMA, sector regulators and international authorities to UK, EU and international merger control appeals of regulatory decisions. He also advises on the UK's new National Security & Investment Act.
