Josie is a Senior Tax Manager in the Tax Investigations team, representing clients who have a need to regularise their UK tax affairs or are under enquiry by HMRC.
Josie specialises in mitigating clients' tax exposure by ensuring that HMRC are not in breach of their powers and negotiating the most favourable terms for the client. She deals with all types of investigations, including, Section 9A enquires, the Worldwide Disclosure Facility and Code of Practice 9 and the Contractual Disclosure Facility.Josie's background is in personal tax, dealing with high net worth individuals and owner managed businesses. She advises both UK and non-UK domiciled individuals on their UK tax affairs and trustees of offshore trusts. Josie is ATT and CTA qualified.
