Head of Information Security Engagement,
Denise advises clients on where they might need to improve their security culture, using the Human Cyber Index, an academically verified measurement tool. She is also responsible for the global security awareness and engagement programme at Pinsent Masons.
Denise is the creator of the Human Cyber Index, an academically supported measurement of an organisation’s security culture, including whether their people are equipped to combat the potential risk, and the impact of the organisation’s policies and behaviours. She has more than a decade of experience delivering positive change to security cultures across a variety of organisations across the globe. Denise is committed to exploring the interaction between human behaviour and technology and understanding why people do what they do. This insight provides her with the ability to deliver tailored strategic behavioural change programmes that ensure the individual does not feel undermined but empowered to make the right choices. By using behavioural psychology at the heart of her programmes, Denise aims to bring positive change to any cyber security culture.
