Daniel Erd

Daniel advises German and international clients on all aspects of corporate law as well as on national and cross-border M&A transactions. In addition, Daniel focuses on private equity, venture capital and in sports law matters.
Prior to joining our firm, Daniel worked for several years in a major US law firm. He studied at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and at the University of Leicester in England. During his stays in China (Beijing) and USA (Miami), he also gained practical experience in foreign jurisdictions.
