Alice is a Senior Associate specialising in advising clients during the whole lifecycle of projects, with a particular focus on the review, presentation and defence of claims as well as dispute resolution in the construction and energy sectors.
In relation to dispute avoidance or resolution she advises both German and international clients, in particular in international arbitration matters. She has a broad experience of international arbitration proceedings by acting as counsel in two large scale offshore wind arbitrations as well as having worked at the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris as well as the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS).

Nick is a lawyer in Pinsent Masons' Finance & Projects team. He has extensive experience in advising on all stages of the project cycle for various types of infrastructure projects, including power plants (both conventional and renewable), roads, railways, metros and free trade zones. The majority of his projects are located in South Asia, Southeast Asia, Southern Africa, Eastern Africa and Middle-east.
Neil advises a broad range of corporate clients including banks, insurers, and investors on disputes, litigation and related risk issues. Alongside work on contentious matters, Neil maintains a specialism in human rights compliance issues including on Modern Slavery legislation. Neil is dual qualified in England / Wales, and in Scotland.
