Recent deals have included advising Sinopec on the Tilenga oil and gas project in Uganda, which is currently the largest oil field development project in Africa; advising bp on its joint venture with battery swapping business Aulton New Energy Automotive Technology Co Ltd to provide safe and efficient battery-swapping services for electric vehicle taxis, ride-hailing providers, and other passenger vehicles in Guangzhou as China seeks to decarbonise its transport system.
